"A centrally located apartment complex that is somewhat better than surrounding properties, but their rating is descending in property cleanliness, community quality, and management. Typical issues are garbage areas are over flowing, entrance gate stays open for no communicated reason, the presence of security is random, and repairs are slow. Some units have upgrades and others don't. Their are visible areas that need repairs, such as the roof, broken windows, and old A/C units. Property is located within walking distance or short bus transit commute to 3 grocery stores and a multitude of eateries. Foot traffic outside the complex is heavy. There is a club across the street that can be very chaotic and loud on certain nights. Visit and make your own decisions."

"I lived here 4 yrs. Moved 9/15. When I first moved there it was so peaceful. I think we went thru 4 different management companies. Believe they have opened the doors to Section 8/ vouchers, low income. The past 9 months have been horrible. Trash in parking lot, dog feces everywhere, dogs running loose. The GET DRUNK CREW UNDER THE TREE EVERYDAY AND NIGHT. Keri in office BEST THING GOING ON THERE!!"

"Since GreenLight Management company stop managing these apartments it’s been a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE . Car Break Ins , License Plates Stolen,They don’t come fix issues after numerous maintenance request,Roaches, Etc when I moved here it was AMAZING ! After they changed management companies a total disaster ! Please reconsider it’s crazy because I am the only tenant in my section everyone Around has movesd and I’m NEXT they want the rent money , but can come fix issues within your unit"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! One start is 2 stars too many. Lived here for a year and they had 3 different management companies in that time and the current one is the WORST! Water damage while out of town and I was never contacted or notified that someone had entered my apartment. When I finally spoke with someone in the leasing office, they had no idea what I was talking about. I was livid to say the least and it was WEEKS before they started to do any work. I had a gaping hole in my bedroom ceiling and the wood above was VISIBLY MOIST when they started closing it up. They say they test for mold but I highly doubt it. There was a piece of drywall(not mold resistant) that got wet that they put right back up once it dried. Came to my unit one night (around 9) to grab something only to find Maintenance/contractors had left my 1st floor apartment unlocked. The communication was terrible, multiple emails and calls unanswered/not returned so to get answers I would have to literally “pop up” on them in the office; which is a HUGE inconvenience. My rent was 874 and, amidst all this chaos, they wanted to raise it to 1150. Now that I left in January, I’ve been waiting for my deposit and overpaid rent ever since with no email responses or active phone numbers for assistance. It’s giving corporate slumlords. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!"

"ABSOLUTY TERRIBLE! I have been here for 2 years, and I used to love it. Since the new management took over, its been a nightmare. The phone lines are not working, as well as the residents portal to pay rent. They blocked out the rent box, so we cant even drop off a check. I have requested a call back so many times, and still cant get ahold of anyone. The gate has been broke for over 2 months. The leasing office is claimed to be open from 9am-6pm. I work from 8:30am-5:30pm, I have tried going into the leasing office around 5:30pm and there is never anyone there, and the doors are locked. Giving it 1 star is still too nice. Such a shame because it used to be a great complex"
