"I would give them 0 stars if I could. Your privacy will be invaded by office staff . They don’t know how to take accountability for the miscommunication and very rude tone when talking to people. They also do walk inspections , so if you have a guest over , they will most likely give you a violation. And you will have to call them about your violation fee. Bc they like to surprise it on you. First they gave me a pet violation bc she said “someone that looks like me walked in my unit with a pet”. Meanwhile I told someone they can spend a night or two until their move in was ready and yes they have a dog. A warning should have been first but instead they charged me $120. So if you have relatives that have pets , they are not welcome here . And they will give you an automatic violation. And after that , they sent another violation the same day about another occupant living in here. When the lady that moved me in (Amanda) , she already knew I had another occupant. And upon move in, she was the one who told me to not add her on the lease if she has an eviction. And she didn’t have an eviction it was a broken lease . She never once ever told me to put her as an occupant. So you mean to tell me that after being here 2-3 months , you are just now giving a violation for another occupant?? If you plan on moving here , they will gaslight you. The water is constantly a huge issue with these apartments . There’s rarely any hot water working in the morning . And the gates break frequently."

This is the place to be if your looking for somewhere , where everyone minds their business, no noise just hard workers and dedicated students."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Please please please avoid this apartment complex at all costs. The apartment buildings are very outdated with a serious mildew and pest issue. We constantly reported these issues and they did not do anything but paint over the mildew and “spray” but the roach issue was never resolved. I lived here for 2 years during grad school because it was the most affordable apartment in the area at that time. Now, it is extremely overpriced. I recently moved out and they charged me for damages that were already in the apartment when I moved in, some of which I previously reported. Also, they do not value the protection of their tenants. The gate was always broken, which made it very easy for thieves to come in and break into/steal people’s cars. Just think twice before living here. Actually think about 3 or 4 times. Good luck."
