"Do NOT move here. The property and management have gone from bad to worse since we lived here in 2017 and thankfully we were finally able to get away from this place. They don’t care about the maintenance of the property, they ABSOLUTELY don’t care about the tenants. They will tow your car whether you live here or not. When I lived there and they towed my car because someone who worked in the front misinformed me about the sticker for residents. There’s no policy in place to protect residents who get their car towed all she, the property manager Kim, kept saying was “they tow every night”…. So what? I’m looking for help and she is no help at all. No apology, no help in getting it back. I was just basically told I should’ve had a sticker and had to pay like $400 to get my car back. My apartment I was in has had MOLD in it since around the summer of 2021. All they did was come and paint over the mold and wood rot on the door. OBVIOUSLY the mold has eaten through the paint because the problem was NEVER SOLVED. And now my son’s health has been negatively impacted from the mold problem, so legal action will be taken. Apartment 1123 for anyone who may already be in the unit. Don’t come here. Don’t visit here. And for the love of God, don’t move here. Take your money somewhere else please."

"My mother stays on the property the gentleman with the long beard I didn’t catch. His name was wonderful with fixing everything in my mothers apartment. Not long after the service request was put in much appreciated. Did excellent work."

"These apartments are absolutely disgusting!! The roaches are definitely out of control. You reach out to management about your concerns and they take their sweet time addressing them. There has been a change in the Maintenance Staff and the property is filthy and in horrible shape. You never see office staff outside of the office walking the property or anything. The trash is always overflowing and as of right now just strewn everywhere. The building need to be power washed. It’s disgusting and the owners really need to come by sometimes and check on the place. I’m over it and am looking to break my lease. I was hoping to stay here until I got my new house but I gotta go it’s horrible!"
