I have always been treated with respect and dignity. I think the price is worth it,they fill maintenance requests in a timely matter and new management has turned this place around. "All they do is remodel the looks of it, so ppl can come, but once living here you’ll see all the problems that are here. I live here and I CANNOT wait till we move. Such a nasty horrible place. AC is controlled by them, can’t be put colder or hot. When it gets hot here in Texas, the apartment feels so hot and since we can’t put the temp up we had to buy a fan. My AC has not been working for 2 days and we’ve been bugging them but they don’t do nothing about it. I have a 2 month old and I obviously need the AC. Also, there are roaches and rats EVERYWHERE. They do not invest in good treatment to get rid of them. And when I spoke about it she was so rude. If you want your rent to be high then offer good things. But as filthy as these apartments are, rent here is NOT worth it!"
