"I currently live at these apartments, Im not going to drag this out. They will do whatever it takes to get every peny out of you...charging for "security", parking, $15 for using a credit card, they average your buildings water usage and base your bill off of that...and these are all monthly fees keep in mind....So I just got laid off and have a kid on the way, so i tell them in the middle of the month that I can no longer make payments....they tell me well you can move out within the week and they will charge me 2 months + %85 of another month (WITHIN ONE MONTH OR THEY WILL SEND IT TO COLLECTIONS)ROUGHLY 1800+ MISC....These people dont care, suck for getting any maintenance done unless its an "emergency"..... fyi if you want to bring a guest to the pool, be prepared to pay.....Take my advise an spend a little more money and go somewhere worth it"
