I have lived all over the inner loop and these are some of the nicer apartments for the price. Maintenance staff is amazing. I have been at this property for 6 months now and it's great! A+"

"My experience has been somewhat positive! The maintenance team is always on point with everything so clean all the time and their timeliness with work orders is awesome. Safety around the apartment is getting better - there are now security staff present. We've had an encounter with getting a bike stolen from the bike space on the first floor (it's secure - you need a fob to open it). We had a bike inside the bike gate on the first floor of the parking garage and the cable lock was cut off. :( My boyfriend's car was also broken into - hence, the new security staff."

"I've lived here for almost 3 years and it's started to go downhill during that time. I continue to live here because I love the location and my apartment. Another pro is the maintenance team. They always are quick to get work orders complete. Some of the cons I've experienced are car break ins (mine got broken into last week - they used to have security that would patrol at night and I haven't seen them for probably about a year), dirty walkways (people let their dogs go to the bathroom in the hallway and in the walkway by the elevators continuously, without any action), other trash left out for days without anyone picking it up, the dog run has rocks instead of grass or turf so it's hurts my dogs paws to walk in the dog run, no food trucks anymore and minimal resident events, the walkways by the elevators on all floors need a good power washing. If these items could be improved, I would be happy with living here. It just seems like things that used to be well taken care of have been let go over time."
