"The young lady that returned my call is very condescending, I inquired of an apartment and she immediately mentioned criminal records, which I thought was odd. Well Ms my record is spotless and so is my credit. And if anyone should be in question it’s y’all that have stolen all of these decades from others to get where you are. So you may want to mention criminal last on your criteria list, because that can strike as an offense to some. Then you began to speak when I was speaking which I found that to be disrespectful, watch how you treat others Ms because you reap whatever you sow!!!!!!!!!!! I received a call from Debra the manager and she was very respectful and kind, and informed me what was actually going on. I realize we all may have challenging days, and or being misunderstood , we should all focus on how we treat others as well as respond to them. My apologies if I received Wendy’s response in the wrong manner, and my condolences to both Wendy and Debra for their loss. I sincerely mean this from my heart. Thank you for reaching out to me can’t began to tell you how grateful I am, that there are still genuine people around!!"

"I just moved into these apartments and Debbie and windi made the process so nice! They gave me all the information needed, helped me when needed, and the apartments itself are well maintained. (Shout-out to the maintenance team!) So far this is a solid place to get an apartment, I highly recommend it!"

"I had the pleasure of meeting two wonderful leasing agents during my visit, Windy and Debbie. They were very informative and friendly. Windy shared with me the renters insurance information that their property uses and it made my move in process so much easier. The office was very clean and smells great. Good thing I stopped in on Valentine’s Day. I was able to grab a few pieces of delicious candy while I was there too. I look forward to being a part of the Huntington Community."

"I moved in a few days ago and I totally love my apartment. I lived in Alvin years ago and it is a wonderful city and I'm glad to be back. I went to ACC decades ago for my nursing degree, and I am now retired. The management here is very helpful- Windy was such a wonderful resource throughout the move in process and went way above and beyond. I moved from an older complex in another city that did not have all the amenities that the residents at Huntington Oaks enjoy. Duchess my little chihuahua and I went for a walk in the complex and the landscaping is beautiful, everything is so well tended to and the pools are beautiful. Everything is well lit at night in case Duchess wants to go for an evening walk. I feel very safe here. There are nice clean washaterias (which my previous complex did not have). Everyone is friendly and right now many of the apartments have Christmas decorations making the complex look even better. My apartment is cozy and I have beautiful ceramic tile throughout. There is a large walk in closet to store stuff. There is plenty of hot water to have a luxurious long hot bath. Even though I have one of the smaller apartments I have my own enclosed patio and my plants are very happy, and I have a little patio table with a couple chairs so Duchess and I can sit and enjoy the outdoors. If you are reading these reviews because you are thinking of moving here, I wholeheartedly recommend Huntington Oaks for a quality living experience."

The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Windy and Debbie in the front office. They are always willing to help with anything you need and provide excellent customer service.
