"In August, we made this place our home, and it's truly a gem. The management, led by an exceptionally kind lady named Darlene, ensures a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The maintenance team goes above and beyond—truly awesome. These apartments are not only kid-friendly but also beautifully renovated, offering a modern and comfortable living space. Occasionally, insects may be a minor concern, but worry not – a friendly pest control professional visits every few months. The interiors are incredibly spacious, providing ample room for everyone. "I have lived here 8 years this month and I can say without any hesitation that SI Communities has done an extraordinary job at turning these apartments all the way around. The property manager, Darlene is AMAZING, she is so accomidating and super friendly, and I really enjoy her and she amazing with my little girl. Problems are handled in a timely manner and any maintenance issues, be it during office hours or after, they are always attended to in a VERY timely manner and the maintenance people are also friendly and very professional. I've been here long enough to have seen ALL the changes, and I'd recommend these apartments for anyone to call home...I'm glad I can call them home myself."
"I have been living here since 2019 when I relocated to the Alvin area. I love it here it's affordable and very nice for the price. I gave it a 4 star only because I would like to see the out side approve a little. The insides look great and every time I may have a problem maintenance is out that day to fix the problem. Great place to live with affordable rent and great management."
"As of 6/22 and been here since 11/21, I love it here. It has its flaws, but that’s expected. My fav apartment I’ve been in so far. Only thing is they don’t have any apartments with washer dryer hookups."
