"EMERGENCY Worst experience ever roaches in my kids beds coming out of the counters and cracks of the walls. And they management “Darlene” lied and said they don’t have a roach problem just to get the placed leased. DO NOT MOVE ."

"DO NOT MOVE IN!!!!! The best thing about this apartment complex is the fast attention from maintenance - that's it! When I moved in, management said they would replace my bathroom window completely because I complained about it not closing properly and letting air in - no a/c vent in the bathroom. 6 months to a year later, they acted like they did not tell me they were going to replace the bathroom window, but the maintenance crew was present and heard the exact same statement I heard, but whatever. Manager office attendant has changed over 3 or 4 times since moving in January 2022 to now, July 2023. Manager attendants never answer the phone or return your call, depart the office well before closing, they move in all kinds of uncouth people with issues and habits. My neighbors below my apartment and on the side of my apartment have been reported consistently for disturbing the peace and not just by me. I've at least done them a solid by knocking on their door first and speaking with them before reporting them. I don't roll like that. I'll talk with people first - no need to hide behind a manager who doesn't do anything anyhow. There's always a domestic violence incident, slamming doors, dogs incessantly whining or barking, the German roach infestation is OUT - OF - CONTROL, the water line is dense with rust, the walls are super thin with NO INSULATION!!!! If someone yells, you will hear EXACTLY what they say - and I mean not even yelling but raising their voice, you will hear what they say! Oh, the latest bit is my Amazon package was stolen from my doorstep just last week! A new low! I use the Amazon locker and a friend's address. I don't trust having merchandise sent to my home!!!!! WTH!!!!! This place is not worth paying monthly rent for considering what people have to deal with behind those who inconsiderate, don't know how to run their homes in a respectable manner, and just do not care!"

"I lived here back in 2016 to 2019. It was great based on price but in 2023 the price has almost tripled and they haven't made any real improvements to the property even after all this time."
