"I just renewed my lease with the Highbank. I moved here for the location and convenience to so many places I frequent. Whenever I call the office if they don’t answer, they call back within the hour. My shower door was loose maintenance came and fixed it within 2 days. The ladies in the leasing office are very accomodating especially if you’re expecting a big package. In the recent months we got a new property manager, Glenda, and she keeps all residents in the loop of all updates going into the building, acknowledges when things are broken, sends an email both to inform us and let us know when they have been fixed or replaced. Pretty quiet community, neighbors are polite and helpful. Leasing staff is super helpful can’t stress it enough. Also happy Glenda joined the team, she’s been making it shine and sparkle around here."

"Been here for over 3 years and The Highbank has done a 180 turn under the new manager, Glenda. You can definitely see/feel the difference since she’s taken over. Great communication from the leasing office and much better organization/cleanliness in the mailing rooms. All of the amenities are working or being repaired and the gym is better than ever. Fresh paint. Cleaner carpets and elevators. Glad this place is back on the up and up!"

The community is well-maintained and the facilities are top-notch. Unfortunately, they did not have a one-bedroom apartment available during my visit. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions made a great impression. I had to lease at a nearby place for now, I genuinely look forward to the possibility of making Highbank my future home. I had an issue with a plumbing leak coming from my upstairs neighbors washing machine, and he consistently ensured that the team had the necessary resources and support to provide top-notch service to the residents. "Moving here was probably one of the best decisions I've made! I've lived here around 6 months and can definitely see the improvements made since the new manager arrived (I think his name is Jordan). He's professional yet approachable and friendly. The new security system and gym equipment are awesome. I used to have a membership but just cancelled it since now I don't have to go far to use what I need. The grounds are clean and I feel safe walking to and from my car. The maintenance is on top of everything so I never have to ask twice which is a big change from my previous complex. As long as Jordan's the manager, I'll be here."
