"I don’t know where to begin, from the start of the application they were giving me run arounds about sending in things that I already turned in. I applied for a three bedroom so the deposit should’ve been already applied, I was asked to send more and I did. I went inside the office to turn in my id and was treated very rudely, there was only 1 worker there STEPHANIE, my unit was supposed to be ready on the 28th of December and as I went to pick up the keys I was told the unit was not ready they were finishing up the carpet to come back the next day mind you I already paid the prorate for that day and so on, I know I won’t get my money back for that day right!? Also I was not toured around the complex I wouldn’t be able to tell you where the mailbox was if it wasn’t in front of the office. I was told that she would give me a call around 3 or 4 to view the apt and I never received a call, Sooooo when I finally received the keys As soon as I walked in to look at the unit the roaches met me at the door!! Roaches falling off the ceiling, the refrigerator door open and it cannot close!! That unit was not ready, the blinds was tore up, the paint is chipping off the walls so it was not looked at after the carpet was put down and I know whomever put that carpet down saw those roaches!! The carpet had to be handed down because if it was new it wouldn’t have stains on it already! I just want my money back I will not move my 3 kids in such filth"

"This definitely an upgrade for me. The apartment itself is super specious, had plenty closet to keep organized. Love love love the kitchen specially being stainless steal fridge!!! and get forget about the activities in the property itself. Have two kids who love the park and enjoying being in the pool as well. Come in speak with Jeffrey de los Reyes for some great deal!!!!"
"Absolutely horrible management. They fail to notify the residents of anything. I had one family members car that was towed because they failed notify me about the recent visitor parking changes yet again. The manager, last name de la hoya, I believe, just straight lied to my face stating that the current visitor parking rules has been in affect for awhile. When literally this past month, I was following the old visitor parking rules and never had an issue till now. If you don’t want visitors to park in the complex just ban at this point, instead putting people through this for no reason. The manager de la hoya is also very unprofessional. My family member and I came to him in a calm manner and yet he still was being passive aggressive and rude. If you hate your job, just quit."
"At this point if I could rate this complex a Zero I would. Currently I've been without AC for almost a week. The lack of empathy or urgency is astonishing. The manager and staff giving all the excuses in the world. I've heard multiple storys first it was only the freon. But after being persistent and getting irrate we finally got some action. My husband and I had to sit in the office for over an hour to force them to order the part needed to fix the unit They maintenance man not realizing who he was speaking in front off told the manager not to order all the parts that may be necessary to fix the issue because it would take him 2 extra hours to complete if he did. They will not compensate us in anyway and I had to repeatedly call to even get a potable AC unit to get some type of relief from the heat and even then it only cools the one area. It is 94 degrees inside my apartment. I hate it here"
