"First I just wanted to say that they don’t clean the apartment or care to check it for the next tenant when moving in! I usually don’t ever have a cleaning issue when moving into a complex but there was pee on the toilet, Gnats in my refrigerator and it smelled so badly even after I cleaned it, then there was damage done to the bedroom door, the patio blinds were broken & they gave me stove trays that don’t actually fit the stove which is hard to cook with. I’ve reached out twice and they said they would send someone to come look, no one has came and it’s been a month. The walls are super thin and you can literally hear right through them I suggest not moving here & to always look at your apartment before signing the lease!"

"Guys I’ve never done a review of a complex before but this place is so atrocious I couldn’t help but do this. DO NOT RENT HERE. Unless you like RATS INFESTING YOUR APARTMENT and then management will do NOTHING TO FIX IT. I was literally told to buy traps and they’d get back to me. That was in November. Not to mention the black mold from a bursted pipe that they never fixed or, a roach infestation that they refuse to have treated properly outside of a cursory inspection. Leaking sinks that never get fixed these are the worst apartments absolute SLUM LORDS."

"I am so happy with the new management that has come in for us here at the bridges! I’ve been here since 2020 and really did not want to have to leave. The property has been cleaned up and they are working on multiple ways to improve the property and our stay here as residents. Ms. Teena was all ears on how she could better my family’s stay and it definitely made it easier for me to renew my upcoming lease."

"I recently just moved out. Over the years I been here I can say it just keeps going downhill. A lot of people are starting to move out. They under new management. In my opinion they are not organize and don’t know what’s going on with their residence. Turn in my keys on the day my lease ended and been gave a 60 day noticed months ago. To only receive an email about notice to vacate. Maintenance don’t know how to fix anything. He looked at me and say that’s it’s my problem the AC not working. Only for him to go sit in the office under the AC while my apartment is hotter than outside. The homes behind the apartment’s trees grow onto the build which cause things to get in the roof in keep you up all night from running around in the attic. It got bad that my daughter ceiling fan was detached from ceiling. AVOID APARTMENT BUILDING 5!!! There are always problems with plumbing so the water constantly being cut off. They want to go up in rent, but nothing is being done about the problems around the complex. There have been rats that ate my couch, my lunchbox, and I had to put down my own traps. You can be the cleanest person, but you still will see roaches. Let’s not forget raccoons that knock vent off the wall trying to come through. I would not recommend to anyone."
