I paid a little more but all my appliances are stainless steel and I finally have granite countertops. My fur baby and I will be happy here."

"Within 2 months after moving in the manager began entering my apartment and leaving notices taped on my walls stating I owed them $20. Then they refused to fix my refrigerator that went out 2x . I got so tired of it I just moved one day and took what I could fit in my car and never returned. The worst."

"If I could get 0 stars I would. I went in to do my application which they gave me the run around. When I did my application I provided my check stubs and bank statements. They then told me I would be able to move in in 72 hours. Which I couldn’t even get them on the phone until the following week of me going up there. So they then told me that I would need to add a co applicant to make my income more acceptable. When they told me this I explained to them I can get my mother to be a co-applicant that she just started her job and they told me she can bring her offer letter as proof of income and told us to come back later that day to complete application. We came back and they told us we cannot use an award letter and that she had to be on her job for 1 year. So she then told us to give her some time and tomorrow she will have a for sure answer. So I call them this morning and tell me I was denied for a prior eviction. which is fine. So I told them I need my deposit back. They then begin to tell me I cannot get my deposit back due to not providing this information on the application. So we know that that is illegal if an applicant is denied they are provided their refund. So I went up there and asked them to show me in the paperwork where it explains if you leave off any information that results in denial you cannot get a refund for deposit. They could not provide the paperwork. I then told them that the paperwork does not line up with what was told to me. So then the manager came out the office and said specifically “we don’t have to give you a refund but our supervisor approved for your deposit to be refund. Had I not read back over the application agreement and seen there was nothing included in the agreement that supports me not getting my friend they would have kept my money. Do not go to them they are thieves and they have raccoons, rats, roaches, and bad mode. Find something better for your buck"

"Maintenance is horrible I Been Here Almost A Year I Have To Call Several Times To See When Maintenance Will Come. My Air Was Out A Whole MONTH MY HOUSE WOULDNT GO BELOW 75 AFTER CALLING THEM EVERYDAY I HAD TO SIT IN THE OFFICE FOR ALMOST AN HOUR TO TELL ME THEY NEEDED TO ORDER A PART REMIND YOU MY AC WAS OUT FOR A WHOLE MONTH. Air was fixed for a WEEK. I Have Been Calling Office TO FIX MY AC NOW AIR WONT DROP BELOW 80. I have to give My INFANT AND TODDLER COOL WASH OFFS HAVE THEM IN FRONT OF FANS ALL DAY BECAUSE ITS SO HOT IN HERE. Since they know I’m moving they taking their time to fix anything. THIS APT IS STILL SUPPOSED TO BE LIVABLE THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND NOBODY WANNA BE RESPONSIBLE. They Should Live In An Apt In The Summer With 80 Degree House And See How Live Like That"

"I've lived here for a few years now, and I have to say, this last year has been a major improvement. The staff is knowledgeable and very kind. Maintenance is amazing, and issues are resolved quickly. This place truly takes care of your needs and requests. The renovations are awesome, and they made changes that actually needed to be made. I genuinely feel that they care now whereas before their tenants were just dollar signs, in my opinion. That doesn't make for a very nice place to live. This will likely be my last year, but with the way things are now, I wouldn't oppose to renewing my lease here! Personal shoutout to Hayley and Shawna- they ALWAYS take care of me, and it is lovely working with them. Keep up the amazing work, guys."
