"I Went to tour the Mitchell today with Courtney and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She was very friendly, very personable and very informative! I’ve read some of the reviews about this property and even brought them to Courtney’s attention, because of course reviews matter and I was a bit skeptical. She explained everything and really put me at ease about considering this property for move in! If the Mitchell ends up being my new home it will be solely based on Courtney’s welcoming feel and amazing personality! Thanks so much again for everything, it was a pleasure meeting you!"

"Be aware that when you move out you’re not getting any of your money back. They are running a move out Ponzi scheme. They’ll make up a bunch of false damages and when you ask for photos they’ll just type up invoices about how much the products is that they’ll be using. I have videos and pictures of my apartment and it was in excellent condition. However I’m told there’s so many damages and yet I’ve never even hung anything on my walls. Complex is infested with dog poop EVERY WHERE YOU LOOK or WALK. Dogs will poop by your car for you to step in. Highly unsanitary. People do not clean after their dogs and the office doesn’t do much about it. Dogs pee in the stairwells as well causing the place to smell horrible especially when it rains. Interior is nice however it is cheaply made. Carpets in hallways need a deep cleaning. Floors come up when you’re mopping bc they’re placed down with tape. Walls are very thin and cracked in certain places. You can hear your neighbors. It don’t matter if they’re talking, walking, or even flushing the toilet. You will hear it. Ceilings creek really bad from poorly made floors when neighbors walk above you. Gates be broken time to time. Car wash station was broken majority of the time living here as well. Office staff doesn’t get back to you in a timely manner and always told me my emails would be in their spam folder. Don’t be fooled by the floor plans…"

"Beware, they will charge you unwarranted fees. I’ve been getting charged fees for lapsed insurance since the day I moved in even though it’s required to show proof of insurance before keys can be received, sent in the document multiple times to Ashley only to have her request it again after confirming she received it. 3 months later and the issue is still not resolved. Can’t get anyone on the phone in order discuss my issue. The property manager is never available. Stay far away from here if you know what’s good for you. Nothing but issues since I’ve signed this nightmare of a lease. Edit Since the general response that was left under my review, I still haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone. Beware of the fake reviews, I also made the same mistake of giving this complex the benefit of doubt."

"I've lived here for quite some time and have experienced a few changes in leasing staff. Our newest leasing manager, Ashley Clack, has been beyond amazing to work with. There was an issue with extra charges being put on our account and we went back and forth with the office staff for months. Once Ashley joined the team, she took over our claim and she kept us updated on the progress and was very understanding and apologetic. I do understand that things happen beyond management's control and Ashley was nice enough and patient enough to walk with us step by step until the issue was resolved. I would be happy to lease with Ashley again. She is pleasant to be around and a great addition to the leasing staff."

"5 start experience mainly because I was assisted by Ashley throughout this entire process. I moved here from a different state and she was a HUGE HELP. I could not have done it without her. She got back to me as soon as possible even with everything else she was dealing with at the time. I have never experienced so much help when searching / leasing out an apartment. She made me feel seen, heard, and valued. I loved having her help! Kennedy"
