3000 Sage Apartments

"Where to begin? I’ve been here for 6 months now and I’m realizing how much of a mistake it was to move here. I’m located on the second floor and since I’ve been here the walkway to the garage has been closed. No word on when it will reopen so I don’t have to park a level up or down. Super annoying. Second would be the gym equipment. If we can’t get the damn walkway fixed, can we invest in some new gym benches and a new pair of 15lb weights? The adjustable bench has a missing bolt on the seat and I mean how much is it for me to run to a hardware store and buy a bolt and nut? $10? The water in the “spa’s” just trickles out of the faucets as well. Good luck washing your hands if you need to. Jesus management. Come the hell on. Christ. Edit: 02/22/24 Congrats to whoever figured out that this really isn’t Kellyanne. Bravo. However, the complaints are very real. Fix the 2nd floor door to the garage and I’ll delete the review. Deal?"

"These apartments suck. My boyfriend has been staying here since early June and there has been nothing but issues. My car was stolen from the property literally right out the garage and his apartment was broken into. When asked about camera footage, the management said the CAMERAS DON’T WORK! I have NEVER been in a complex or building where there is this much lack of security. Additionally, they have parking rules that seem to only be applied when management chooses to. I have seen numerous residents parked through the business hours for hours, one car was parked from 4-8 pm yesterday to be exact and not once was a tow truck contacted, but my car was parked in the leasing office lot for not even 45 minutes and the tow truck came and took my car in a matter of seconds. These people are heartless, money hungry, scammers. DO NOT MOVE HERE!"

"Overall living here has been okay, but there are definitely things that need improvement. The gate to the parking garage is broken a lot. And several exterior doors that are supposed to be locked have broken and not been repaired. There is also a serious package theft issue, which is partially on the delivery people not taking packages to doors, but I had a package stolen from the package room and was told that the camera was non-operational."

"It was decent living here in the BEGINNING. Maintenance guys are great. People who live here are trash, they want to live in a nice place but treat it dirty. The people with animals are gross, they let their dogs pee and poo in the hallways, they do not pick after them at all, take a walk out by the garage, the smell is awful! The gates were broken for literally 9 months straight while living here. Cars are always broken into and tires stolen. One person parked next to me had their passenger side mirror pulled off. Units were broken into also, YES ACTUAL units. I could not believe it my neighbor had came to tell me and show me, 6 units were hit that DAY! And I thought a review on here was exaggerating due to their experience here, but they sure weren't. My car was side swiped by a DA who pulled out too early, called the office since I park in camera view.. guess what? Cameras DON'T WORK! Now for the new manager Wendy. I had the second BIGGEST unit here and paid a lot of money, I was given TWO parking permits in the beginning of my lease. With her there we were switched to "virtual parking" just for her to come in and take one away leaving me with only one! What was the point in giving me 2 in the beginning? And you're only allowed ONE VISITOR every 24HRS. So my family couldn't even come over all at once anymore to swim. She repeatedly said she'll see what she can do, never contacting me back. She told me for my second car I can get my insurance to let them know it's a work car, I did and then they switched that it has to be "commercial insurance" Extra car? Park at the Williams tower in the garage. R U N, if you value your safety and the safety of your belongings."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Gate is always broken or down, cars constantly getting broken into and stolen. I had a guest over once and walked her outside to the parking garage where there was 2 armed robbers taking cars. Another time when leaving the apartment there was a man waiting at the gate checking all the cars leaving with a gun. I immediately called police. The apartment is very dangerous. Apartments also get broken into, we have gotten about 3 break ins over the last 2 months so bad that they ended changing the door locks (finally) management is terrible, it was switched about 2-3 times in my year and a half staying here. A better apartment I would recommend is The Richmond down the street. Don’t let these people scam you because that’s what they do. Looks decent on the outside but the units are also terrible. Faulty construction and everything always going down. Some people can be racist in the leasing office as well. I suggest saving yourself the time and energy and look elsewhere"
