"I'm very upset I asked so many times to the menager to spray wash outside of our door and the stairs, is being from the summer that I asked and she said she will fix it !Is still so dirty. I'm shame to evite my family and friends to my home for how dirty is !! In front the apartments look good nice and clean !! WAIT TILL YOU take the stairs to go to ypur apartment.Look nice the fresh paint for the parking but please keep outside our house clean. It smell Marijuana so bad I can't even open the window for fresh air . Clean the back of apartments not only the one in front just to let the Phoenician apartments look good."

"They know of a parking issue, yet they keep towing guests AND residents. The towing problem is HUGE here. 1 out of every 5 cars has a towing date stamp on the back. They have done nothing to fix this issue. When originally getting a lease here, they stated that parking is never an issue and typically you can park anywhere. Since living here, there has been almost no parking for residents or for my guests. I have had 2 guests towed for parking in visitor for less than a couple of minutes. We dread having people over at our place. I don’t understand why they still have tow trucks coming here if there is a known issue. I have lived here at different times over the course of the last 6 years, and I can say without a doubt, this place is not what it used to be. I had referred friends, and I had a brother who I was going to get to lease here. I will no longer do that. They lost out of probably 2 easy leases from referrals from me, and I will not be renewing my lease. Just from the parking and tow issues, I am confident they have lost on multiple renewals. For your own sake, look elsewhere."

"I have been living here for the past 3.5 years. The maintenance crew is really good and responds promptly. There is no bug infestation in my unit. Also, the pool is very nice. However, 1) Burglaries happen quite often, though a security guard is in place. The unit right above us was broken into and ransacked. 2) It's no exaggeration that visitor parking is a nightmare. There are very very few visitor spots for all eight buildings together. It takes great luck for any of the spots to be open and available during the weekend. Parking on the street is not an option either. The towing service takes immediate action if a visitor's car is parked in a non-designated spot. We dread inviting visitors or hosting a gathering. 3) The washer and dryer are placed in the kitchen, and the noise is extremely bothersome. 4) There are quite a few Airbnb units here, and the office hasn't taken any action in spite of receiving multiple complaints from tenants. As a whole, I do not recommend living here."

"I been here 2 years never been late on rent. Paid 1 day late due to hard times and got charged $160. They did not work with me or even try to help me get it waived. Only good thing about this place is the maintenance staff. Also they have been doing construction on the street in front of the complex for the last 2 years with no sign of being close to being done. This street is a nightmare to live on. I would NOT recommend it to anyone."

"Nick, Lety, and Shelley have made my son and I feel at home instantly! The grounds are kept nicely by the maintenance crew, from the pool to the lawn areas. The clubhouse is great for hot chocolate and tea, and we get to stop in and see everyone on a daily basis like we're family! Even the pet policy is wonderful to try and keep the grounds clean for everyone, and those who violate the policy and get busted with the doggy DNA poop test will be fined, which makes a great deterrent! We love it at the Phoenician!"
