"The manager is amazing and really worked with us since this was our first time getting an apartment. It is right across the street from Houston Baptist University football field. It is close to many different stores, which is very convenient. Anything that needs fixed or needs attention the maintenance people and the property manager are on it! Amazing staff and great price, $850 a month all bills included!"

"I just moved here less than a month ago. It's a small community so therefore there's not alot of movement. It's quiet, it is rare to see any illegal activities. Parking is not a problem and if you need something the manager Sarah will personally help you. So far so good."

"I live in these apartments and would recommend who likes to save money on rent as it is with all UTILITIES INCLUDED and also do not raise the rent and no surcharges for late payment of rent, no contract, you live in a quiet and nice area, I say this because it is quiet and faces the cvs that is open 24 hours, and the university, near highway 59 and 10, and 10 minutes from downtown Houston, is like living in your home with your reserved parking, everything is better with the new manager."
