McDonald's 5600 South Washington Street, Bartonville, IL 61607

"No answer at the drive thru for 2-3 minutes but I had a mobile order so I had to go in where they couldn't ignore me. Took 10 minutes or more for 2 big Macs, fries, and 20 nuggets. They didn't have the pies I ordered and since I didn't bring my wallet I got no refund on my mobile order. Lazy people here. The buns were burnt on the big Mac's and the fries were old and cold. I'd fire every person working that evening. 6pm Feb 12th. My order pick up time was 6:05pm that night according to the McDonald's app."

"I worked here 20 years ago and it was literally the best Mcdonalds in Peoria. Always the cleanest and the fastest drive thru times in the area. Dave and Kathy did a great job. Here we are 20 years later and this place is a disaster and a complete embarassment. The employees are slow, unmotivated, and dont care. Crazy 20 years ago the store was perfect with the employees making 5$ an hour. Now with these wages for this store to be a laughing stock is an inexcusable and sad."

"The service at the drive thru was fine. I had a McGriddle. I’ve had enough of these to know that it’s usually not crispy. It was as though it had been in a toaster. I was too far down the road to return. I won’t be going back."

"Nothing but Trash works here. Did a curbside order on the app. Waited 20 mins until I decided to go inside and get my order. Walked in to a lobby filled with people waiting for their own orders. All of them frustrated making comments that the workers all look at them and won't ask if they need help or anything. Plenty of staff. At least 6 people working if not more. Finally a girl just comes up and stares at me. I express I've been waiting over 20 mins and she walks away to grab my bag that's been sitting there the entire time. This place is ridiculous. You'll never have a better life for yourselves acting like that. You are oppressing yourself."

"This lady chillin on her phone while being in clear guest view I waited 25 minutes for my bun not even to be toasted and my food to be made wrong her two people she had working were in the back struggling she was just chillin on her phone the entire time originally thought they were closed when I pulled up to the window they decided to take my order do not recommend eating here I get it no one wants to work nights ! But damn mise well shut down if that’s what u got she isn’t even working lol"
