"if i could i woulnt give any star i have lived here since 2014 and it has been the worst so far drunk people in the parking lot almost every night they even leave beer bottles on the floor, the handicap parking spot always has a car with no handicap sign on it and never gets towed never witch i have one and i have to park all the way in the back and make my dad that had 4 strokes walk because they all want to have the working trucks up in the front so they can drink. the office is the worst they are rude every time you want to talk to them they catch a attitude burned my internet box and not being responsible because they say they fixed the brakers but have not they said the problem with it was the microwave witch i never heard of and now im being charged for somehting i didnt do and they dont know if the the apartment complecs will reimburse me for somehting they did and when asked to talk to the owner they're not here they are never there when is the fault of the people in the office or workers. no visitors parking my sister truck got the window shaddered when she used to live with me just because she had to park on the side of the st because she would get towed every time when she parked inside but yet alot more people have trucks that dont have stikers that dont get towed and as well she got towed from the handicap spot when all the other pople havent as well for my aunts car got towed when we where attending my grandmothers funeral they have double standerds here if they know you and are cool with you apperantly they would go above and beyond but if they dont you have to follow the rules and fix everything your self because they will just mess it up and im doing this only because i have told the office many times and they never do anything about it but complain and catch a attitude going 5 years and yet have never spoken to the owners thats how bad the office is"

"This place is awful let me tell you what they did a lady at law problems at the apartment she was staying in and what happened was a soul invested that her son the special needs child is getting sick so she reported it and what they did was they tamper with her leasing agreement to remove her from the property was . that they have been a lot of repairs but it's still not nice to fix this the type of place it will screw you over and take your money it's not worth living here this place should be closed down this place is so ghetto they need at least 20 security officers in the property they have multiple problems shootings stabbings peoples breaking into cars and they have told trucks that come in and take your car more than 1 time a week cost you hundreds and thousands of dollars out of your pocket even when you have your own sticker ready this place really needs to be closed so if you read this do not come to this place sure to all your friends Facebook anywhere here because they kicked out a lady they reported to the state health because her especially someone's getting sick and they kicked her out"

"Worst place ever Roche invested shootings Roburys the staff is racist if your black you won't leave here and if your black you well get jumped by Mexicans and they sell narcotics all around the apartments very bad don't move here and the car parking lot if always full they hit your car and scratch it very bad apartments don't move here I know what I'm telling you it's a very bad all the people are very awful in the office people are very often to and the people from the staff which are the maintenance man they'll come into your house without even letting me know suppose we need to spray bug spray but it's just a roach infested rat infested have in place"
