Casa Grande Apartments

"I've being living here for 3 years ppl makes too much noise they don't respects other ppl, music starts to play from 9pm sometimes until 3am I put foam around my windown so I don't have to hear people's music and yet I get 24hrs notice to take it down. People still plays their music, but yet they can play their music, Sometimes I hear gun shots, homeless ppl can get in, sometimes they sleep by the patking lot or sometimes close to the Dempster, You going to question why I'm still here.. cause I hate moving. You suppose to send a text for you to ger service in your apartment they just do half job done. Alsi I was told from the office if people put loud music to call the police, I do call the police but never shows up. I feel like shooting my brains out. That's how uncomfortable it is."

"I have lived here for almost 3 years. On the most part we are content. The apartments are pretty tranquil and indeed the apartments are spacious and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest or recommend is that the tenants should not have to go without is emergency maintenance or answering service. That can definitely be something to be added because it's not nice to have water overflowing from my restroom sink at 9pm with no one to fix this ongoing issue. I do understand that NOT EVERYONE does the right thing to keep our pipelines clean so that they may function properly BUT at the same time we need emergency maintenance for cases like this. I called tonight and there is no answering service to report this."

"Workers are taking my personal things off my balcony and throwing it away. The rules are no grills or anything like that but they threw away my baby gate that I put to block the stairs so my daughter doesn’t fall . Thanks to the workers who didn’t even give me a notice for throwing it away. Unprofessional!"

"The BEST!! the apartments are so big, there is so much space for my kids to play outside! The maintenance is very good the people in the office are so nice the manager is the nicest person you can ever meet she has programs for all the kids there is YMCA and free lunch for the kids after school. I recommend 100% this property :)"

"I have lived here going on 5 years and I love it. FRIENDLY staff and spacious apartments. They also offer free YMCA AND FOOD BANK. Cynthia always goes above and beyond to assure residents are happy. If your looking for a place to stay and on a budget stop by and check out their offers."
