Watermill Apartments

"Water has been shut off 3 different times for upwards of 14 hours a day. Haven’t been to receive any mail due to not being given a key. Moved in two weeks away and I feel this was the worst decision I’ve made."

"This is by far the worst place I ever lived in. I would not recommend these apartments to no one and I hope you hear me clearly do not move here. These apartments are disgusting. They are trash every week. It’s a water issue. It’s now February 7 12 AM the whole entire complex do not have any water, we cannot take a shower we cannot cook we cannot wash dishes. We cannot brush our teeth in the morning wash our face. Why because this complex do not have maintenance after closing time. Even if they do, they do not answer the phone or call you back. I’ve been living here for nine months. I will not renew my lease. There is multiple Homeless living in the apartments after business hours, just the other day, the police remove three people from a vacant apartment at 2:30 AM There is still people living in that apartment because the complex don’t do nothing about it. That is unsafe. Nothing works in the complex. The elevators don’t work the gate to come in or to go out as always broken There is always trash in the stairway. There is apartment they have trash bags in front of their apartment for days they do not do nothing about it. They do not communicate with the residents when things are happening throughout the grounds i’ll come home from work they have the parking lot blocked off to where I can’t even park my car and my parking space but if I park somewhere else other than my parking space, my car won’t get towed make it make sense"

"EDIT: This apartment has shown that it can get worse. No matter how many times the “NEW MANAGEMENT” is told that there’s multiple squatters in at least three apartments they just say they’ll take care of it and do nothing at all. Now my safety is an issue and they do not even care. Shout out to leasing office for constantly ignoring calls and lying to my face about getting in contact with management. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Not only is the manager always dodging to not have to deal with tenants to fix his mistakes, but also called to get maintenance to come cause there’s water flooding in my kitchen, I went to the office first hour of them opening and was told it would be fixed. Called 4 times and asked if they were coming and kept telling me 30 mins. I get home from work and my kitchen is flooded still, my stove isn’t usable, and there’s a leak in the ac closet still. No one ever showed up and I’ve had nothing but constant issues with the manger. WORST PLACE TO LIVE EVER."

"I lived here for approximately 2 years. It is family oriented, garden style apartments. PROS: affordable calm / quiet easy access to staff super friendly neighbors in unit w/d option; you can rent one from them. CONS: - one of the elevators is usually always out, if you like to use the elevator, that may be an issue for you. If you're disabled, you can pick the first floor. - pool was never really maintained, when it was, people would it use it one day, then since the team didn't maintain it, people weren't able to use it. - one area flooded every time it rained; but it's Houston, it floods almost everywhere. - roaches; BUT that was solved with putting out those black squares. Roaches were gone within days. If you still get them, it's because you're not a clean resident. - old; but it's not like they are hiding that. Realize where you are renting before you start criticizing the complex. The grounds were always kept clean and the fence if broken was repaired immediately. above all, would I rent here again? absolutely ! The price for the area is great and I love that it's such a quiet complex. The team at the front office was always, always super helpful. Some residents lack communication skills and want to blame everyone else, but themselves."
