"LORENA "terrible manager" believes she is the owner of the apartments apart from €st@fador@, when you live here and ask to move to a bigger apartment she asks for another $400 deposit, (saying that the previous deposit is never returned) apart $100 according to set aside the said apartment, when you are already paying $150 for the application of the same apartment and at the time the contract is issued it appears that you have only given $300 dollars, in addition ask for $150 if someone else comes to live in the apartment to give the sticker of the car, that if you only have a visitor they sell them to you for $5 dollars, all in clear cash for a few days, the gate cards, apart from selling them for $15 used and $40 dollars the new ones in cash and apart from certain money orders, leave them blank for your same benefit...."

"horrible wouldn't recommend. the manger is rude and tell lies. the inside of the apartments are disgusting. the maintenance only fix things on they're time. they do not care about the people living here they only care about they're money."

"These apartments are the WORST!. They don't deserve your hard-working money!!! The manager LORENA doesn't care about the residents WHATSOEVER and is extremley rude. Maintenance is HORRIBLE. They take a long time to fix a simple issue in the apmnt. And they NEVER do it right. Parkings are SUPER PACKED and there is not enough parkings for ALL residents. Tow trucks are always ready to take someones car there. Please dont make the mistake in moving here!"

"Over the years I have lived in all kinds of apartments, before I even moved in the office manager made me feel welcomed and already at home. She provided the best service from application fee to move in. Currently the grounds are looking wonderful and any issues with the apartment from A/C to stove is taken care of immediately. I would recommend this location to anyone, espeically with children. The kids are always outside and music is played often as well. Neither of these two are complaints, in fact they provide a homey feel where all the neighbors step outside and are familiar with each other. One Camden Court Apartments is not just a place to rest, but welcoming community starting with the office Manager. :)"
