"Definitely recommend this place!! When I first got here I was received with welcoming arms by Delia Martinez, she is great. She made sure to help me out so I had a place to stay ASAP. The maintenance associate, Adrian always made sure that my apartment was working to its fullest potential. Always works with a huge smile on his face and loves his job.I would look forward to seeing him when I put in my work orders, he just has such great vibes. It’s hard to find a hard working maintenance guy like him. Last but not least, the manager Kaysi Higgins was outstanding. I know she’s a busy woman but every time I needed her she was there. She always made sure that my stay at this property was the best. The apartments are excellent and never had any problems while residing here that they couldn’t fix. They were always quick and efficient."

"First I want to say the customer service of Delia Martinez has been nothing short of amazing. She has been kind and patient and willing to go above and beyond to ensure my move is going smoothly. She even remembered my preferences when it came to an apartment and called me to let me know a unit that has everything I originally wanted was available. The complex was clean and nice and is in the up and coming Garden Oak/Oak Forest area which I use to live in originally. So far I will say this has been one of my better experiences with an apartment so far."
