"Paid for the application. Agreed on the apartment number then they called to change the apartment number asked for 2 more weeks after the 2 more weeks they said that it was going to be a different apartment but they wanted the rent even though that apartment wasn’t ready. After almost 2 months they are calling to check if we need the apartment that’s ridiculous. This apartments were great before now they are just worthless. $150 in the trash."

"Here's my review of my absolutely terrible experience. Giving this apartment a 1 star is by far a compliment. Where do I begin? I couldn't be more dissatisfied with my experience at Ludington Apartments. From day one, it has been an absolute nightmare. First of all, the management here is beyond incompetent. They promise you the moon during the leasing process, but as soon as you sign that lease, they're nowhere to be found when you have issues. Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks, and even when they finally decide to fix something, it's done half-heartedly and usually ends up breaking again shortly after. The quality of the apartments is abysmal. I can't count how many times I've had to deal with plumbing issues, leaks, and electrical problems. It's like they used the cheapest materials and contractors possible. And don't get me started on the pest problem – roaches and rodents are a constant presence. The noise here is unbearable. Thin walls and inconsiderate neighbors make it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Parties, gunshots & loud music are regular occurrences, and management does nothing to address the issue. The environment as a whole is a nightmare, too. There are always multiple intimidating alcoholics that the apartment seems to cater to. My wife has been verbally assaulted on multiple cases with management holding no sympathy, rather pointing the finger. I can't even trust our daughter on the stairs well since there is an ENROUMOUS predator problem with a lot of the alcoholic frequent residents. To top it all off, the rent is exorbitant for what you get. Ludington Apartments is an absolute rip-off, and I regret ever signing that lease. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for housing. This place is a I couldn't be more dissatisfied with my experience at Ludington Apartments."

"Do not move in here , everything in your apt will not work and no matter how many calls and reports you make too the office they won't do anything . I have had ongoing issues for over a year with our a.c and it still hasn't been resolved ."

"Ok I wasn't going to write a review but I couldn't stay quite no longer. When I moved in I noticed a hole on the outside by my bedroom window. Then I started to notice possums coming on my patio. Today was the last straw as I was using the bathroom I noticed something in the toliet a baby possum. I jumped out of my skin hurt my back. I went to the office and showed the pics of the possum then I had to come home and remove it as no one showed. This place is trash now I am to scared to use my own restroom"

"We had to move into another apartment due to termites. We were rushed into a new apartment and paid all the new rent and fees. Filled out a punch out list what needed to be done almost 3 months ago. STILL NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE. No hot water, broken tile, must where shoes at all times AND NOW MILDEW GROWING IN MY DAUGHTER RESTROOM. I HAVE ASTHMA AND HEART PROBLEMS. DO NOT MOVE HERE."
