"I’m tired of calling about the rat’s situation also the management need to improve there attitude towards the costumers it ain’t our fault y'all having a bad day also I don’t recommend this apartments,because the maintenance never do nothing about the leaking on the restroom and when they fix something they don’t clean after themselves they leave there trash behind so we can pick it up and let’s not talk about the trash outside every time I go out side there’s bag’s of trash on the grass and on the sidewalk this is not okay!!!!!"

"My AC has been broken over a year. Each time it’s only patched up. Has been almost a month since I reported it again. The office staff aren’t friendly or helpful. Cars are being damaged here by other residents. The porches and stairways are falling apart."
"I really liked my apt, I went in last minute when they were about to close. I was showed a move in ready unit and was very satisfied. I moved in much sooner than expected :) really happy about that also the staff was very helpful with everything."
