Retreat at Westchase Apartments

"We lived here for 4.5 years. The layout of the unit was good, and there was an ample amount of parking space. We did not have any bug infestations. However, the apartment and the surrounding areas aren't safe. My unit was broken into, and we never felt safe again. There was also an armed robbery and assault in the parking area when the residents were walking to their apartment. Everything went south when the maintenance team and management were replaced. Sixteen months after we moved out, they gave us notice of an outstanding water bill with no explanation other than a staffing shortage for the delay. I would not suggest living in this apartment since it is not safe and falls short of expectations in every way."

"This review is long overdue. There retread at Westchase is a great place to be at. From touring the apartment to moving in/out, Adriana was very communicative and attentive to my needs. I moved due to relocation for work. The amenities in the units were a bit outdated but was not a deal breaker. Inside and outside the apartments were clean and well maintained. Maintenance was very responsive. Complex was fairly quiet. Overall a great place to lease."
