San Antigua

"A little late with a review but lived here two years ago (and stayed 2.5 years). It was my first time living in an apartment alone. The staff were great and the overall community was 5/5. After moving out to what I thought was going to be a better apartment I've had friends/family visit me and a few have said something along the lines of "I liked your old apartment more". I agree."

"This is a beautiful community. The property is well maintained, safe, and they have nice amenities. They take amazing care of their tenants Service requests are resolved quickly. The area is quiet! If you are looking for luxury living at an affordable price, this is a great place."

"I’ve really enjoyed living at this property, maintenance has taken care of me fast and the leasing staff is very friendly. I’m not sure what my move out charges would be but I’m a clean person so I would expect to not be charged for anything that’s outside of normal wear and tear. I will definitely schedule a walk through at that time, but I’m planning on staying here for the next couple of years!"

"You can see the video, this is how I left the apartment, always paid rent on time. I still paid them over $1000 in cleaning fee etc. They charged me for two extra days when I had given them 60 days notice in person. On top of that, they are asking for over $1500 in maintenance. I only lived there for 8 months. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from these fraudsters. Horrible experience. They will treat you nice when you’re moving in and then try to rip you off when you’re moving out. Poor management. Go ahead post the pictures of the damages please"

"This was by far the best experience that I’ve ever had while renting. Jessica and Iliana are the best management team ever and truly care about building rapport with their residents and it shows. When I lived here, maintenance requests were handled ASAP. Whenever I had one emergency maintenance situation, the property manager made sure maintenance was out to address it ASAP and I really appreciated that. In the apartment I lived in, I never really had any issues with noise. All in all, loved the high ceilings, beautiful pool and both the management and maintenance teams. Thank you to the San Antigua team for a great experience."
