"Overall, there is a reassured atmosphere of safety occasioned by the gentle disposition of majority of the residents. The community is also bereft of the infestation of vermin of whatever description unlike many apartments where residents have to wage an endless war with rats, bed bugs, roaches, etc. Courtesy of the clean environment. Neighbors blaring their music at the detriment of others is, to state the least , completely alien to this community. Almost all the residents conduct themselves in a civilized manner going about their business calmly. I call it 'the gentleman's haven. The leasing office staff are respectful and they choose their words. Though, parking could be a bit of a challenge here."

"I recently moved out of Sun Blossom Apts. I loved living there. It was so quiet. Neighbors were friendly. Office staff very nice and responsive. Grounds were always clean. Maintenance was prompt. Many restaurants close by. I was sad to move. We didn't have children, but if you do, schools are right next door. Very convenient. Price of apt is very good for the size."

"Excellent management team lead by linda. We have lived here sence 2015 The cimplex is well maintained conciding is age. Bugs Can be a nuisance. But that's in any household. The only amenityWe have is the pool I wish it was more leniently openBut overall five-star rating for me my wife and daughters I'm noticing all neighbors area Apartment communities have their pools functioning and I'm not understanding why we have too repeately ask"

"Attention owner... it would be nice and maybe make a difference if you were to come visit your apartment complex and have a meeting with all your staff members “ maintenance” and “managers” there is a lot of repairing that needs to be done and all we get from them is that there is nothing wrong called several times. invested with roaches as well, I will replace and repair and you will hear from my Insurance. not a good place to raise a family The walls and floor or hollow and not soundproof never get a good night sleep something needs to get done before I take legal action I will contact my attorney and the city of Houston Business bureau if this situation ain’t resolved thank you!"
