"Apartments are decent. However the office can never help. Lidian receptionist who "helped" with my transfer was very unprofessional, also finds it ok to hang up on you in the middle of a call (a call that has to do with them refunding me money back).Gives you an idea of how supportive everyone is. Overall i give 2 star because its quiet even in between the bad area its in."

"This apartment must have been developed by someone high on something because the apartment numbers aren’t properly numbered. Really makes it much more challenging for delivery people"

"This has been my issue. I have small children. I was told that my floor would be redone. However, months later, and it’s only getting worse. My calls and e-mails have not been returned. The office staff says that only the property manager can sign off and I’ve been trying to get in contact with her. When I call for her, she’s not available or not there. When she is there, it’s “What’s your number and she’ll give you a call”…Go up there and she’s not in the office. It’s crazy… New management is crazy… paying for valet trash that they barely take out… extra monthly fees now…it’s just crazy… They send crazy emails all the time yet I can’t get my phone call returned."

"The worst apartments! Don’t even waste your money. Our AC is not cooling properly and we’ve been trying to get in contact with the front office for weeks. No reply. No one answers the phone. We complained about roaches and no one cares. We had to treat the apartment ourselves because it was roaches everywhere. Super unprofessional place to be. But of course they’re quick to collect rent and evict others. Also, my boyfriends truck was towed and he is a resident on the lease. He had to pay $350 to get his truck and was never reimbursed by the office although they said they would. If I could give this filthy place 0 stars I would. Ever since these apartments were bought out multiple times the quality declines every single time. They tack on all of these fees such as trash, maintenance, etc and NEVER EVER respond to work orders. Terrible place."

"Renewed my lease and my surpise was a Free carpet shampoo. The price is right. I have not come across one single problem with my neighbors and highly reccommend this multi-family homes to any peaceful human being.. (Pet Friendly) No loud music at night, no vehicles driving off crazy, No thieves breaking in(Security driving around & on foot) Clothes never stolen (laundry wise) maintenance technicians dressed professionally, pest control technician got the job done right, couple of barbecues in the patio play ground with family visitors (plenty of parking). Apartments have been completely upgraded from the interior to the exterior. Have you ever been blessed?"
