"Such an amazing little complex. I have been here well over a year and this little complex is family. It’s so special to have a little adopted family and a safe Environment. The property manager is such a sweet lady. She is always on time to fix or help your needs. Thank you Isabel for such a lovely job you do here at Crownover Village. I do not see my self going anywhere any time soon. Also the apartments are located in such a nice area for quiet walks in the evening. The neighborhood is so amazing, everyone is so pleasant. It’s not too far from places to eat, or shopping. It’s such an amazing spot because all of your needs and wants are just minutes away."

"I was living with my fiance for about 5 months, and I had the worst experience. Manager Isabel was very rude. She would text at anytime and day. She called the cops on residence cause she thought the music was too loud. She also threaded my fiance about having a grown son. And anytime we needed something to be done her excuse was that she was only part time manager. She had no respect towards other people guests. There is never parking. After our contract ended she wanted to raise the rent for$100 more of the rent. And she started charching $50 for a parking when a having a 2 bedroom apartment."

"The manager was always very respectful and helpful. The complex is small and quiet and tucked away in a cute little neighborhood. It does neighbor a larger complex that is less quiet but it never caused any issue. I always felt safe when walking to and from the bus stop on long point. I’m going to miss living here but it’s time to move closer to work. I would highly recommend however."
