"A complete fraud system. They said there was an apartment available for us for a week, and we tried for days to rent it. They want more money on top of what we paid, but they don't show us the apartment they rented. The woman taking care of us is a complete fraud. As a result, I do not recommend it to anyone, even 1 star is too much."

"Let’s start off with the office I have been here for 2years and have seen at least 5 different managers . The office doesn’t care I have issues with my floors since I moved in no help . They never answer the phone the roaches or out of control killed at least 20 in 5minutes as soon as I moved in. The only good thing about these apartments is the space . You have to share vents so I can smell my neighbor smoking a cigarette . Plumbing is horrible I can’t bath or use the toilet without my downstairs neighbor ceiling leaking and then the office tells me to cut down on taking a shower . Are you serious ? Worst apartments ever I’m moving immediately"

"It’s time for my view on things here…take it from a real resident not sure how others can say things like theirs a roach infestation when we all know roaches can be eliminated by your own living conditions (stop burning yourself) My neighbors are a lil dirty and surprisingly they don’t even have roaches you have to be a filthy person to have roaches in my honest opinion. I’ve been here 2 years just renewed got a discount for paying on time hoooraaaayyy to Odalis for that. I did Pay late 1 time in 2023 and they will haunt you down….oh I learned then that office don’t play. You better call them people (miss Martha)and tell them the date and time she will have that payment or that lock will be waiting. Pay y’all rent and clean y’all apartment you will be happy here."

"I went to visit the mansions today. I was greeted by a very kind and professional staff. Everyone was very warm and fun to talk with. Martha was the one that showed me around the property. She made sure all my questions were answered. I am very pleased with everything. It's a great place to call home."

"Current resident, if you are looking to lease I highly suggest you go elsewhere, when I moved in the apartment was not cleaned at all, the appliances were old and nasty apartment was not even done unfortunately I did not have the time to look elsewhere. Management refuses to resolve the problem and the work orders maintenance SUCKS they leave a horrible mess in the apartment don’t even bother cleaning up after themselves and office does not care for tenants at all it’s sad really they don’t work with you honestly they just don’t care, there are always shooting occurring but they like to pretend as they don’t know. Please don’t leave here they’ll be nice with you at first and once you’re moved in their true personality comes out definitely better apartments out there that also don’t have mold. If I could put a zero I would"
