"Recently moved here and the leasing Manager Mr. Kris was very helpful throughout the whole process there where minor issues in the unit and he made it a priority to get the issues fixed immediately. The complex is quite there are plenty of parking for visitors and definitely recommend anyone looking for a new home come and tour and make sure to ask for Kris Settles he will definitely take care of you."

"Zero stars should be an option. I don’t even know where to start. Before I say anything I’d like to mention that I requested to be let out of my lease 72 hours of being in it because it was nothing like what they showed me and it was not ready and they declined it. For one we have a water issue every other day. We either have no water at all for days or we have no hot water. They are ALWAYS working on the boiler. They don’t notify us every time either. I’ve called the city out twice. My fridge hasn’t closed properly for 4 months now. I use a stool to keep my fridge close. THEY DO NOT COMPLETE WORK ORDERS, they just close them out and say that after so the system closes them out. I pay for valet trash and they pick up my track twice a month if I’m lucky. Not to mention they require us to pay $77 for our packages just for the postal carrier to deliver it to the fetch company and they play with our packages. There have been 3 different property managers since I first viewed the apartments. The worse part of all is that they tell you absolutely anything to get you out the office. I have cuts and slices in my couture that they said they couldn’t do anything about . Said if I put anything over it that I wouldn’t get my deposit back. They offered to transfer to a sister property because “they couldn’t not please me”. Not to mention when I moved in my apt it was not ready and it took them 5 months the replace the rusted mirrors and silver spray painted fixtures. They took a 34x34 mirror down and tried to replace it with a 30x30 and it looked so trash! I will never ever recommend this property to a soul. Since they won’t let me add or respond the the manager I’ll just edit this one. My water has been off of cold wayyyyyy more times then I’ve been notified about it. I actually have all the dates marked down because idk if y’all have the cheapest boiler or the same boiler since yall first opened but I’ve been without water ALOT!!! Also the trash is a third party but I’ve been the office 1,000 times to complain about my trash never being picked up. I’ve asked for that fee to be taken off of my bill plenty of times. You did not address them not even trying to complete a work order and when they do they just bs and do anything and leave. THEY DONT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT YOU IN THAT OFFICE!! Don’t not live here you will regret it trust!"

"Warning!! I was visiting a tenant and my car was towed. I was parked by the leasing office in a nonreserved area and there were NO warning signs. When we went to the towing garage, there was a gentleman who also said his car was towed from the Abbey on the same evening. $275!!"

"Dam this has been here going on 3 days today is 1/17/24 6:00 a.m. is at the entry of apt complex you have to drive over trash n plastic trash cans to put code to get in complex, also the dumpster is all full of trash with Janitor buggies all over the place full of garbage I wish they clean up this trashy mess! they also have front EXIT gate LOCK DOWN with a chain like for 4 months instead of fixing the gate, which I believe is a fire hazard if you LOVE living in a trashy place these are the apts for you ! HAPPY NEW YEAR"

"A little hopeful. Reading the reviews I feel a little bit better knowing that it was just not me that was shamed and scammed when I moved in. The last management team seemed shady. I rented from them because of the quality of my last apartment with this company, I was so disappointed when I arrived from our of state. I won't go through this again because I spoke with Kris already. The fees that are mentioned that I must pay I have no problem with If I was getting them regularly. Trash pick up happens when they want to, not as scheduled. I am hopeful because today a young man by the name of Kevin stepped out of his job description to do something that I was promised weeks ago and that was to bring me a filter. What darned me was that he was in fear of loosing his job for being helpful. Since April he has been the only one to help. I was in rental management and I understand all that goed on behind the scenes. I do feel sorry for the new staff and what the inherited from the old staff. I have been counting down the months to my lease is over."
