"I had a few issue inside my apartment since I moved in but I was lucky that I have encountered Celerino the maintenance guy. He fixed all my issues in a matters of time. He is a great guy . 10/10 for him"

"Nice apartments YES!!! But these people are beyond rude. It took the leasing agent damn near an hour just to have my lease ready after I called and informed them on my move in date. Nobody seemed to be able to find my file and had to resubmit everything . My unit at the time had no AC unit at the time of the actual move in date and had to be pushed back . Which led to my rent going from 880 to 1030. Which wasn’t my fault . Once I signed the lease and handed them my keys . The keys didn’t work for both mailboxe and my unit. I had no hot water for almost a week. Everytime you go in there’s a lot of people waiting and the agents are on they phone. They do more property decor than anything else. The second pool is NEVER clean. The dog park is full with flees. For the price I would go to either Gramcry park or Westchase creek instead . At least you will get your money worth. The only good thing about this place is the main pool and the gym"

"I have been residing here for 2 years now, and the crime rate is low, and the grounds are always clean, the only issue I have is the constant staff changes. I will admit under this new management the maintenance department is better at fixing things promptly. I also miss having the food trucks and the different events at the apartment complex."

"Work Orders take forever to be resolved, I had a leak on Sunday evening, I submitted 4 work orders as an emergency, I called them and nobody showed up(they said maintenance 24hr.) the leak moves to closet and for the caper wet. On Monday morning i had to go and look for maintenance they didn’t even check the work orders. The guy that I spoke to told me they will be there soon they end up showing around 10am. I called them to follow up because they didn’t fix the carpet or the ceiling the guy in the oficie didn’t even know about the Work orders. It’s Tuesday and theh didn’t come to complet the job, the room smells disgusting and had to get a wet vacuum myself to get some of the smell. Very disappointed on the service, On top of that people is always parking in the reserved parking, the gate is broken for more than 2 months landscaping always leave a mess on porch, people in the office is always rude and they never pick up the phone or replay to your emails"

"I have moved out of the apartment this past month and wanted to reflect my stay in the apartment. For the most part, the apartment complex can be a fairly quiet place; however, I have experience my car being stolen in the place. The management didn't have cameras to provide to the authorities and told me they couldn't do anything for me. They didn't even bother to try checking other cameras to see if they could catch the car leaving the complex at approximate period of time it was stolen. Following that, they also messed up my contract which caused chaos throughout the payment process. It has been solved now, but it took quite a lot of talks to make it happen. I am degrading my rating from my first impression with my full experience with the complex."
