"Texas Angleton Ranch is really up and coming. Their newly renovated apartments are clean as well as sufficient. The staff was professional and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Sylvia and Maria did a great job. My tour was exceptional!!"
"Put in multiple maitnenace requests to fix hot fridge. Been out multiple times and have done NOTHING. Fridge remains hot and now it makes a loud noise, ive given up on getting it repaired. Hot water went out last week and has been 4 days still no hot water. If you value your sanity do not move into these apartments."
"I have been here for a year and it's been great. Maria Garza, the manager has always been awesome. Her customer service is excellent. When I have a question, if she doesn't have an answer right away, she says she will find out and let me know (and follows through) as opposed to some other apartments I've been at where they just brush you off. Pay your rent on time, follow community rules, pick up after yourself and treat your apartment and people in general with kindness and respect and you really shouldn't have any issues here at all. My experience has been great! Maintenance has always come through in a timely manner and I have never had any issues. The apt complex is quiet, the units are nice and cozy and I definitely recommend not only the apt complex but also Maria Garza, the manager."
