"dont move in the apartments , we’ve called maintenance lots of times and they never bothered to fix the restroom as you can see. also dont believe the banner on the outside , THEY ARE NOT REMODELED. also we recommended someone the apartments and they promised 200 dollars and we never got them. the lady from the office are rude and have a horrible attitude."

"The New Ladies in the office are awesome they actually show residents care. Very informative directed me to a Charity to aid me with Rent instead of Evicting me. The New Maintanance team is great as well. They also have a resident referral program where I can get $300 off my rent for each person I refer to live here. The property is way more enjoyable now I’m definitely looking forward to being a long term resident."

"Had an amazing easy fast leasing experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The complex is clean well kept and quite. There’s plenty of grassy areas to let kids play in. Had a few issues moving in to my unit, but Mary and Cynthia were very professional and quick to have everything fixed and working properly. Maintenance staff is very friendly and polite and quick to fix any issues. Also for a busy intersection being so close there isn’t any traffic noise."

"Filled out an application in early 2019 and left 99 dollars. Leasing agent said she would call me once approved. Never got a call or return call when I called. Now, on my credit report is a apartment number and about 1770 dollars owed, in collections. I never signed a lease nor did I live there. Be careful when giving your info to these office personnel. The Coventry and Victorian. The manager was not very helpful , once I brought this to her attention. Never got a follow up call for something this serious nor from their management company. Might have to end up in small claims. Why won't management respond to this review?"

"Love my apartment staff is great. But come on NO WATER?? How are we supposed to bathe our kids and cook and things if we have NO WSTER FOR THE WHOLE DAY!!!!! This is super frustrating! I can deal with colds water and boil water top make it hot, but absolutely no water we can't even flush there toilet!"
