"I do NOT recommend. New management is rude. New maintenance does not come to repair properly. I have an “upgraded” unit which is $1600. Overpriced is an understatement . It’s raggedy and it’s saturated with roaches. I moved in 6/15/23 and the original staff was amazing. The first month I had issues with the AC and maintenance was there nearly every day until it was fixed. Now it’s the heater and it’s still not fixed. I admit I fell behind on my rent and the new manager suspended my entire online access to where I can’t even login to make maintenance requests and tried to blame it on the previous manager . I am not a negative person but I can’t think of one positive thing to say about how these apartments are currently being ran. Believe the reviews."

"I moved in in the middle of February, I applied online, was contacted the next day, dropped off fees and got an approval like 3 days later!!! Jeidyson & Jessica helped me through the process & exceeded my expectations! The community has a gym & afterschool program, upon signing the lease I walked the unit first & everything was clean & the unit was nice! I look forward to living here & will be back with a update in a few months :)"

"Worst apartment experience!! maintenance is never here when requested multiple times for multiple different reasons. The front office never answers their phones and close early before the time they say they’re closed. And ROACHES everywhere I keep my house clean and smelling good and still end up appearing EVERYWHERE. 0 stars don’t move here!!!"

"Terrible service. I’m pregnant and I have a hard time doing this on my own. I have hard a work order to fix my vent in my dryer that’s installed into my apartment. Nobody wants to answer the phone or help me. I will not be renewing my lease."

"Highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and common decency with this apartment complex!! The neighbor above me water heater and pipe burst which caused my apartment to flood in 3 different areas. On-site maintenance was called out. He vacuumed water which still continued to drip overnight. The floors have dried but the stench that it leaves in my home is unbearable. I’ve notified managers in the front office and asked about renters insurance thats added to our monthly lease. I was told on numerous occasions that once maintenance come take a look then they’ll file with renters insurance and get a contractor out. I spoke with maintenance MYSELF and he said there isn’t anything he could do w/o making the situation worse. The smell of mildew has filled my apartment and me and both my children have been forced to stay inside this apartment for more than 42hrs now until someone can come fix it. I’ve had to fill my trashcan and mop bucket with cleaning supplies to help cover up the smell. A gentleman came today stating that he’d be here tomorrow to start the repairs which would take two days. I’m praying he isn’t some kind of quick fix helper because two days doesn’t seem like enough time to properly fix all the damage that has been done. Managers in the front office didn’t even offer me another apartment to sleep in temporary, a credit towards rent or reimbursement of hotel fees if I could afford to leave. Their exact words and I quote “My apartment is still livable”.! Below I’ve attached photos of the damages that were done due to the neighbors broken water heater and pipe burst. THIS IS INSANE!! And a safety hazard for not only me but more importantly my CHILDREN!!! If you want an affordable place to lay your head this is the place but be prepared to accept the cons that come with those low budget fees."
