"Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. It’s really not worth all the trouble it will bring to your life. I have lived here for a few years and love my little home. I have never felt this way about this place until the newest manager took over. She couldn’t care less about tenants or this property. It’s very clear that she is just here to collect a check."

"Do not move here.These apartments are trash and beyond ghetto. They switch managers at least twice a year. They lie a lot and make false promises. They let anyone move in because other residents are moving out daily. There’s no security. Calling/ Emailing Corporate is no help. It takes maintenance 6months to a year to complete normal wear and tear on your apartment. The head maintenance guy does nothing but drive around and check his phone.The children have no respect and makes noise all times of the day. Neighbors play loud music until the wee hours of the morning. Not to mention you will smell marijuana and see transactions being made.They do not care about the residents they only care about the rent. Any concerns or worries you have can be tossed out the window. The property has went down tremendously and the only way to clean house is to get someone stern and who will enforce the rules. They do not answer phone and when they do it’s attitude."

"If I could give a lower rating I would. Just off my initial experience in the leasing office was awful and unprofessional. I came to inquire about a apartment that I was told that would be available to view earlier that morning. Upon asking about leasing there were two staff members who was arguing about who would assist me right there in front of me. Once they stopped their debate one told me that they had no apartments to show at the time and pretty much ended the conversation there, until the other staff member told her to tell me about the apartments that would be coming available soon. She just handed me a paper and gave a brief over view. Her demeanor and attitude was very off putting. Just from that experience alone I will NOT be renting here. The staff sets the tone for the apartment complex and The Pinnacle staff was down right rude and unprofessional. Do better!"

"I have been living here at Pinnacle since 2016 and I must say that the new staff that is in place right now are great people. I stopped by the office to check the status of pending work orders that I submitted back in April and the Manager Ms. Latoya was very pleasant and addressed my concerns immediately. The staff really showed me that they care and that is a plus. Residents have been awaiting the pool to open and we are now able to enjoy this amenity because of the new staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!"
