"The recent switch in management companies has been one of the greatest changes ever! There is actually a staff that is courteous and knowledgeable as well as willing to talk to and treat residents like actual people. I recently had an issue and Karina was incredibly kind and supportive of me. She was highly communicative and helped me get things back on track. So grateful for her! All of the new staff in office is great very kind as well. I do appreciate the high communication from the leasing office to residents about all things happening within the community. Before it was pretty much a stab in the dark and very hard to get in touch with anyone in office quite frankly felt like a huge burden to them but I definitely appreciate the change they are off to a great start!"

"The office is very helpful, especially Jacqueline. She helped us a lot to apply online and waited us until 10 pm in the office to hand us our apartment keys. The apartment is not as luxurious as I expected, but it is clean. The maintenance team also helped me so fast when I needed it. And there is a nice playground for kids."

"I love this place! The location, the quick access to 59 south or Highway 6, the office staff of Lucia, Jacqueline and Karina and the efficiency of the maintenance crew! The amenities are great, clean and well kept! There's kids playing, pet friendly areas and courteous neighbors! The front office is really helpful rectifying issues and making you feel heard and seen and If you lived here, you'd have these same experiences as well. Come, stay a while!"
