"Used the mobile app to place an order at 1140a. Went through the drive thru to pick up order about 1155a. Was told to pull around to front and finally got order at 1217p. Ordered a whopper onion rings and single cheese burger. Did not get the onion rings and the time spent waiting was ridiculous. Very poor service will not be back any time soon"

"I ordered the crispy royal honey mustard got into my car and once I went into the bag and grabbed my food. The food was cold. Called the manager and by the sound of her voice she didn't care. All she said was okay. In a tone of voice saying she really didn't care."

"The last three times I've been here weather it be with my family with friends or by myself I've been treated rudely been told to pull around to the front for a small wait that ended up taking 15 - 25 minutes extra. One of the incidents I was cussed out by the manager for asking if they were short staffed. None of these were the same people I don't know how you pick your employees, but it sure seems like you are intentionally picking from the bottom of the barrel this is the only fast food establishment in town that I have had continuous problems with."

"I heard a rumor that the general manager had gotten fired and decided to give them a try since they were gone. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. The young lady at the counter helped describe what exactly was on a sandwich for me. There was communication being passed around quite professionally between employees. The food was good a little less than fresh hot but due to the firing on the general manager I could understand that. Bathrooms could use some touching up and they weren't in uniforms but honestly if comfort gets good food and customer satisfaction I am okay with that. I would definitely come back espically to see how the store turns out under new management."

"If i can give zero stars customer service is horrible there were 3 managers there around 4pm none were in uniform and everyone was on their phones they look homeless and havent took a shower in weeks it took over 30mins for my order and a skinny scurvy girl handed me my food with straight up adittude she wasnt even wearing a bra and her pants were unbuttoned she said she was the manager in charged and had so much dirt under her nails it was disgusting and she had her kid screaming! There was also multiple employees just sitting around when i waited 30min for my food. Yesterday I went through and my food was hot fresh around maybe 2:24pm manager that was there was in uniform and addressed me by name and was very polite you need more employees like her she had a great smile and very clean even offered me a crown and i didnt even have my kids with me and i took 6 of them i dont know what changed in a little over 24hrs but it was horrible and is very disgusting"
