"I have been here for a year and have been getting harassed about noise complaints that aren’t me. I have constantly told the office that it’s not me, and that I live alone and can’t possibly be running around my living room. They continue to harass me instead of finding out what the issue is. I have told them on multiple occasions that I live next to a family with small children who are often running around and making noise (which isn’t an issue bc it’s not during quiet hours) yet they CONTINUE to harass me and give me lease violations with threats of eviction. They’re accusatory as if they live with me and know what I am doing in MY apartment. All in all, I won’t be renewing here and wouldn’t advise anyone else to!"

"So far it is okay.. it’s too crowded here at night, so sometimes it hard to find a parking. Oh and the people upstairs be rumbling all night even tho it is suppose to be quiet hours after 10pm.. not to mentioned somebody STOLE my package and the apartments have no cameras on the halls.. this is ridiculous and I am more than positive I will not be renewing my lease here. I will give an update in a few months."

"Security is poor, and theft is quite apparent. Someone keeps parking in my reserved spot and unfortunately the apartment cannot do anything about it. Office staff is friendly. It's quiet too. Maintenance is prompt. Live with caution."

"I been living here for a year. I was actually the first tenant to live here. Place is always clean outside, cute little kids area and dog park. Front office staff are super nice and helpful. Overall quite and safe community."

"Absolutely love the layout of the apartment! The front office and maintenance personnel I’ve met so far are awesome! The only issue I’ve experienced would be that the app I was supposed to be able to use to open my door doesn’t work. Hoping they can get it working soon or find another company to use!"
