"I’ve been living in this residential complex with my husband for a year and we haven’t really had any problems. The maintenance team and the girls in the office are great. Whenever I have a problem in the apartment they solve it maximum in 24 hours, I even had an electricity problem in my apartment on a Saturday and Michelle was incredible, that same day a maintenance guy solved it. The apartments are super well maintained and it is a nice residential complex. We are happy to have our home here."
"I am one of the original residents to move into this property . Any issues that I have had have always been resolved FAST ! The front office staff especially MICHELLE are attentive and handle any concerns I have quickly and professionally ! The maintenance team all of the maintenance team is OUTSTANDING ! Maintenance request are taken care of the same day ! The property is very well taken care of and the apartments are gorgeous . If you are looking for a place to live I would definitely encourage you to tour the Everlee Apartments."
"I waited to leave this but feel like it’s the right thing to do so people don’t have to deal with what we did. I want to say that Danielle and the other gentleman in the front office were amazing throughout our time living here. The maintenance guys were also great and lovely and professional. Other than that, holy mess. It was honestly a nice place when we moved in March 2023. It went down hill rapidly. It is 1000% not smoke free. One neighbor smoked in the garage next to the one we rented for an extra $100 at least 3-4 times a day. Our direct neighbor smoked so much dirt weed that it made me cough every time we opened our utility closet where the washer and dryer (that burned clothes but even after asking 3 times and the maintenance guy admitting that it was old as his old one that they finally replaced was and was not replaced for us) were. I bought an air purifier that was completely black after only using it the last 2 months we were there. They are letting anyone move in there and it’s really a sad state. The pool was nice when we first moved in. Then it was not open for a month or two after we moved in last summer. Then not usable due to unsupervised children and blaring music and random people who don’t even live there isn’t my idea of a nice relaxing dip. Oh, and when I did go and swim laps either during a week day or in the evening, it was not great. I found a rusty screw at the bottom that I’m very glad I picked up and a child or someone else didn’t slash open their foot with. The last few months of our stay there included the beautiful “Mad Max” car as we adoringly named it sitting on 4 flats for over a month, car break ins, an apartment being broken into 2 buildings away, the Luxor mail package system being broken for weeks at a time, and children randomly throwing rocks at our door. To put a cherry on top, our apartment was cleaner than when we moved in, and I knew we were entitled to our deposit. I called a few weeks after we moved out officially to confirm if it would be sent via ACH or mail. I was told ACH. I was at ease because I initially called when I noticed our new address needed to be updated in Rent Cafe and also made sure to email and provide this information. Low and behold, after being told it would be sent via ACH but could take up to a month and calling a month to the day today, it was sent in a check via mail three weeks ago. I want to reiterate that there are some staff here that are great and doing the best they can, but I feel for them and hope that Sentinel sees this and reels things in. At this point $1K they still owe me is worth less than being out of there and thanking the Good Lord I have a quiet, peaceful home and respectful neighbors. Edit as of January 26 - After multiple phone calls and emails and finally an email to Sentinel (the property management co. that handles this property), I finally got roughly $600 back from our deposit. I do appreciate Jill at Everlee and the folks in the Accounting department who addressed the issue and made things right."
