Landmark Grand Champion Apartments

"Pro's: -Maintenance guys are great. -Office staff is good. -Decent enough interior. No bugs. Con's: -Wall's are thin. I can hear the dog barking in the unit beside me and the dog in the unit in front of me. When I get real lucky, I can hear those 2 dogs bark at each other through the wall. -There's been multiple occasions I've come outside to seeing cars broken into, or wheels stolen. -If'y community in the complex. Overall okay, but for some reason seeing children panhandling for money inside of the complex doesn't seem too out of place for Landmark Grand Champion."

"We have lived here for the past three years going for the fourth before we purchase a house. The staff has always been extremely understanding and kind. I just recently visited with Carly and Paige at the front office and they were both wonderful."

"Management are not very considerate when it comes to everyone's safety. Cars broken into all the time including mine had to file a police report, won't even bother to put in security cameras. Front office never responds. Sidewalk where I live always floods, they won't even try to fix it. There are always ants along the sidewalk leading up to the apartments, never bother fixing that. Terrible sounds being next to a major freeway. I would advise everyone to not stay here it's not even worth the money. Thank goodness I didn't renew for another year. Time to get out of this unsafe place."

"Apartments look nice. Area looks nice. Three major issues: 1) The trains back-up the roads and cause terrible traffic. 2) Some apartment areas have their backyards flood (including the sidewalks) so you have to wear rain boots to get to your car or house. They won't fix the drainage. 3) Theft is bad here. Break-ins are frequent. No cameras or security in place. Anybody can get in through the gate as it's a constant flow of people. Lighting is bad in some areas. Beware and try to find a safer area. Make sure you have security cameras for your house, an alarm by your car (with nothing of value left in the car) and get inside at a decent hour. Management does not take action (cameras, lighting and/or security would be nice). Good luck and remember safety first!"

"I have been here for over a year and this apartment complex has gone down so bad. Gates always broken. Cars with bullet holes in them. 18 wheelers parking in the complex. My apartment smelling like weed randomly . TRASH! Just came home and couldn’t get into the complex because the gate had been ran into for the third time. For the amount of money I pay this is stupid."
