"Cherry Valley Cafe staff provided excellent, attentive service, a warm family atmosphere, & very good breakfasts to me & my companions. This small-town restaurant is conveniently found on the main street and features all-day breakfast, as well as lunch & dinner fare. My 2 large pancakes were served fresh & hot with the rest of the meal. The coffee--and I am very picky about good coffee--was freshly brewed, strong enough, & flavorful. Jennifer, our waitress, was pleasant & kept checking in on our satisfaction. We were then surprised that so did the owner, a busboy, & another waitress! They have definitely won over our group, who will be back. Maybe I'll try the homestyle biscuits & gravy next time."
"Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Fast and friendly servers. Fast with coffee refills too! Pancakes were great! Offered to refill drinks even after bill was settled while I visited my mom. (I made sure they didn't need the table turned over first.)"
"Update 12/29: Well, I gave them a second chance to redeem themselves for lunch and well…gross. Unless you like hospital or senior living food. —————————————————————— I'm from Kirkland and decided to visit the neighboring towns diner. First impressions are everything, so not too very friendly at walk-in. Coffee was a bit weak, hash browns came back soggy after we expressed to them extra crispy or crispy, over medium eggs that weren't really over medium, My English muffin wasn't even really toasted but I may give it a second chance for them. My mother's order, same thing, eggs and hash browns undercooked and not made to order, and her toast were burnt on one side. Kirkland's diner was better by far. I may just stick to Kirkland."
"Looking for that small town Cafe feel? Here it is. Charming place on a charming old cobblestone street. Waitress was sweet to us and the food was delicious. I think it's fairly priced as well. I recommend coming here, especially after a good time picking apples down the street. Unfortunately for the menu I will say they have limited meatless options. There are some, so your veggie loved ones will have something to eat, but the selection could improve."
