"10/10 don’t recommend. They close at 10 and at 9:20 they saying all they have is an 8 piece in spicy and a 2 piece in mild. I’ve lived in Louisiana and worked at a Popeyes there. They dropped chicken until 9:45 pm but not this Popeyes. They not nice people, always got attitudes, food is never warm, drive through is always empty but when you arrive they always need a moment as if they are busy. It’s crazy I definitely don’t recommend going to this Popeyes in moline."
"Ordered $30 worth of food via the app. Upon arrival, after waiting in line for a ridiculous amount of time, they handed me a bag but didn't give me my drink. When I said I ordered a drink the girl had to double check the order before giving me the drink. I decided to check the bag and she yelled "You aren't allowed to look in the bag!" Excuse me? Who are YOU to tell me I can't check my order?!? It's a good thing I did because they didn't even give me the desserts that I ordered. At a glance, it looked like everything else was in the bag. I should have looked closer! I ordered red beans and rice and they gave me mashed potatoes. I ordered popcorn shrimp and they gave me regular shrimp. Sure, the potatoes and shrimp tasted good. But, it's not about the flavor it's about not getting what I ordered! The biscuits were harder than hockey pucks and completely inedible. On top of all that, they didn't give us cocktail sauce, BBQ sauce, butter, or honey. They also didn't give us silverware or napkins. We won't be going back until they fire the management and get someone in there who knows how to run a business properly!"
"It was absolutely the worst experience. The food wasn't ready after ordering online the inside was closed the drive threw was delayed. There was no cause on the wings the shrimp was horrible. Then the girl working the window was looking for my order then lied and said umm we didn't make it so it could be hot for you when u get here. I didn't order spicy wings and they gave me spicy wigs that had me sick all the next day. I almost puked after eating regularly chicken because it was full of oil. The experience was like a chicken joint from a horror movie."
"I never learn. I was thinking if I ordered online, and ran some errands before I picked up my order it would be ready. I waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes. They asked me to wait, and then never returned. After the 4 cars that pulled up behind me left, I pulled up to the window. No one came. So I called. The girl who answered was walking around on her cell phone. When I said yes I’m at the window, she looked at me and I waved. She turned her back to me, told me my order was going to be made now, and it would be ready whenever she got it made. I’m not sure if that meant the food needed to be prepared or just put in the bag so I waited. Another 15 minutes. It would’ve been quicker for me to drive to the next state to pick up my order. Literally. I will never eat at Popeyes again. Maybe if they weren’t so busy on they cell phones, they could do their job."
"This was my second time and not a good one waited over 30 minutes to order only to be told they were out of bone in chicken, coleslaw, and Mac and cheese. I needed the family meal So after waiting that amount of time I got the tenders cause that’s all they had. Paid waited another 5 minutes and left. Got home and the tenders were dry hard and definitely in the warmer too long. Plus there was nothing to them! Greasy bread is what I got. I paid $35 for something I couldn’t even eat. Will not go back."
