"just went through the drive through had to attempt to ask for my receipt 4 times because lady was too busy watching videos on her phone ended up taking a picture just to show how unaware she is of amything gping on. she just handed card back didn't even look at me the went right back to her phone as I was trying to ask her for receipt. pulled up to next window guy at front was able to get it for me. I guess youtube is more important than doing her job"

"Let’s just say that often the service is lacking and not always friendly. This morning I placed an order on my way to work on the app… while placing order it switched my location as I was driving on the interstate. I got to the window and Vanessa told me the order went to another store. She quickly said she can re-ring. Props to an employee that identified and offered a solution quickly, with a smile. It is obvious she cares about customer service. You always make my morning a little brighter with your smile…… Thank You, Vanessa!!"

"NOT 24 hours! Currently 1AM & the lights are off! I’m only writing this review to say that but since I’m here, I normally go during the day. Food is always fresh. Never had an issue. I go to this one to STAY AWAY from the one on 16th street! They’re GROSS!"

"Staying at a hotel near the airport we thought this would be quick. Took 20 minutes just to put in the order and the employees were rude to my wife. I asked for no mustard and it literally looked like they scraped it off a burger that was cooked two hours earlier. French fries were limp and soggy. Entire meal ended up in the trash. Don’t go here. (Wish I had taken pictures)"

"The dining room was disgusting. It hasn't been cleaned in days, and the flies are out of control. They'll enjoy your meal more than you will. My hamburger was smashed with anger. There's a 12 year old working here who I assume is the manager. Avoid this location"
