Reviews of McDonald's
"I used mobile ordering and ordered one of the limited edition Bic Mac doubles, picked it up, and when I got home I found it was a regular one. When I called to be compensated for the incorrect order, was met with a scoff and was handed over to another employee, who just sat their silently and was very eager to waste my time it seemed. He put me on speaker and another employee was singing quite terribly in the background while he tried to get my information. While taking my information he read me back blatant and belligerent wrong information. This place is genuine joke and has be run by one of the most lowbrowed scummiest franchiser in the QC. Employees clearly do not care."
"They don’t even know how to make a Oreo frappe There is no Oreo in it"
"I think this location has turned me off on eating at any McDonald's anymore Half the people working look like they do not shower. The white guy touching everyone's food has layers and layers of dandruff on his shirt falling all on the food another cooking with hair and facial hair all out of control pants half off. I can go on but you got the picture. I'm bringing my food home to the dog"
"Overall an average visit to a McDonald's. Biggest issue is the parking lot. The location does not lend to efficiency and ease of movement."
"During a recent set of errands that took me to this part of Moline, I needed a moment to sit down to do some work on my laptop, as well as get a quick snack. This McDonald's was close by, so I opted to come here to get the small amount of needed work completed. Stepping into this particular McDonald's was kind of like stepping back in time 10-15 years. This location has a Play Place, albeit one that was closed at the time (why I'm not sure - Covid, perhaps?). The wall art looked dated to about that period, as did the floors. I seriously remember these particular floor tiles - about six inches square, two strips apiece, each square set perpendicular to the set next to it. They also seem to be perpetually greasy or a little dirty, regardless of how soon they were cleaned. Kinda neat seeing this again, honestly. The one part of the interior that appeared modern was the counter and kitchen. Newish flat screen displays were present in the overhead, as well as fairly modern credit card pay stations. I ordered and received an ice cream cone and small fries with no issues at the expected time that most McDonald's makes and serves food (the ice cream machine was working at this time - guess that's a good thing, right?). I sat down to my work in a booth close to the bathrooms. The booths and tables around me were relatively clean. The general appearance of this part of the McDonald's also aligned with the earlier observation of the establishment being a little aged - the booths and chairs were that particular mix of dark burgundy/brown leather/pleather booths and chairs with either black metal chairs or while hard plastic fixtures. It was of the expected comfort for seating at a McDonald's. While I did my work on my laptop, I ate my fries and ice cream. Both were also of the expected taste and quality of that from any other McDonald's. No complaints there. Five stars for this McDonald's, hands down. It's a little old, definitely not the newest and greatest McDonald's around the Quad Cities. It got the job done for my needs, though. Seriously, though - were you reading this review to decide if you were going to go to this McDonald's? If so, that's a little lame. It's a McDonald's, don't overthink it."
