Will not be coming back I have seen the manager get fired and somehow she's back much better related to the franchise owner who's wife is something else herself and her attitude thinks she's the coffee queen probably why they hired that incompetent manager that don't even know what flavors Dunkin has anymore here's a hint of the app has it maybe it's a regular flavor not a limited time,or member only thing which doesn't make sense because if I'm using the app then I'm a member but that's knowledge beyond making a cup of joe"

"Love this place! The staff always take great care of me, and if there's ever a wait or an inconvenience they hook me up with free extras. In my opinion they go above and beyond. I've seen lots of rude customers unfortunately at this location, but I truly believe the staff do their absolute best. They don't deserve that treatment!!"

"Every year for our son's birthday he asks for Long Johns from Dunkin' Donuts. He isn't a cake and ice cream guy. My wife ordered the usual dozen donuts and went and picked them up. She didn't think to open the box. The teenagers working that day decided to turn the donuts upside down or on their side for some reason and the frosting slid off from being freshly baked or whatever so when it was time for the birthday song and candles we opened the box and boy were we surprised. I guess we'll look in the box from now on before leaving the store."
