"They have wasted so much of my time that it feels like they don't actually want people moving in. I scheduled an appointment for an apartment tour three separate times, and I still haven't been given a tour. They refuse to let you apply in person, but their website doesn't work, so applying online isn't possible either. The staff members are so difficult to talk to that I wonder if they hired a pretty face but forgot to ask if they possess a brain. Makes me legitimately wonder if their buildings are completely for show because the company is actually a money laundering scheme."
"I would give it zero stars if I could, the first couple months here I had absolutely no issues at all per usual with a new place, but after a couple months you can see the flaws. loud neighbors, trash is EVERYWHERE, the leasing office could care less about you, people breaking into cars in the parking lot, getting asked for money by homeless people cause they have 0 gates, roaches everywhere, cheap build quality in the apartment you live at but I ended up leaving in July and paid my early lease termination and they are trying to charge me over $3,500 for saying I never paid my lease termination fee when I paid what the contract said. On top of all of that they want to charge you all of these other random fees just cause they are money hungry. Do NOT do any business with this place or RPM living. Will have my lawyers available if needed. This place is trash and ran by scum people who just want your money."
"If I could give these apartments zero stars I would. I have been living here for 3 months and it has been hell since I was approved for move in. Within 4 days of me living here I’ve been experiencing an infestation with RATS!!!! I have been nothing but patient and respectful to those that are working in the leasing office and management and no one seems to care at all. At first they seemed like they were willing to help, I have been in contact with the property manager and I thought things were going to get better but honestly they have gotten worst. I even received an eviction notice on my door because there was a glitch in the system with their payment portal. Instead of reaching out and letting me know there was a glitch they decided to put a notice on my door when my rent had already been paid. I have been switched from 3 different units since the day I applied here just to end up in a unit infested with RATS!! This morning I wake up to a dead RAT in my kitchen and I sent in a maintenance request to have it removed and I also called the leasing office to inform them as well that I needed the RAT to be removed. Maintenance goes to my apartment and they proceeded to tell me that they can not enter my apartment (while I’m at work) to remove the RAT without a maintenance order which I had already put in before I called them. After I informed them that the request was put in at 7 in the morning they told me they would get someone on it right away. I then enter in another request mid day. This conversation took place around 9 something this morning and now it is after 6 in the evening and still there is a dead RAT in my kitchen. At this point I am taking things a step further and reporting all of this to the local news station, because I literally don’t know what else to do. I have spent all of my own money trying to get rid of these RATS when it should be the apartment people’s job. So the next time you all will be hearing from me is when my lawyer and the local news station is present. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!"
"I wouldn't read any of these reviews for the negativity. It breeds alot of contempt that anyone's personal beliefs that fall by the wayside would probably do better getting a shrink. That being said, I've had a comfortable year. The post-office is close too. aap/att 12/5: Lighting on public property has been an issue since the previous year and security designators for private property on gray spaces in the law hasn't been a matter of priority for the associated company. The legal reality stands that a maligned relationship with traffic codes give the consumer privileges within the constraints of public acknowledgement. Having regard for the services denied at a tenable ability to produce just-cause for filing a public complaint in response of this, codified law makes sense somewhere else than here, too. You ARE to yield to private property where your personal rights are violated. Violations contained in this attachment are condensed by the description as follows: Business infraction along taxable services, such as public service by corporation, though recurrent in endurance of affected parties, actually does constitute in one hand a specific negligence for business partners to be held accountable for failure to maintain private service. This is a handful of reasons my impound trip for $10 in travel will eventually need representation in fair court at personal cost, and more apparent where case drops make sense to informed parties. I have valued the communication via email once again. Furthermore, multiple requests were made to properly identify the registered vehicle within the apparent private system, and was not designated properly with the right model or color to skirt confusion on guest parking in the circumstances legal opportunity would be necessary to make a judgement call on removal. Not worth my time or effort to keep explaining this if a conclusion can't benefit a tenant. •added need for Card accepting Washers to be updated for secure payment •these are multiple cases against the property involving added responsibilities of tenants to maintain a financial obligation outside of their legal constraints in order to thrive, but in this observed change the external environment has been addressed for PR. I am not obligated to speak on behalf of legal teams in response to my personal allegations, either, as there are none."
"11/10: you’d figure they would take this situation seriously since there is exposed mold. But no since they aren’t living in it and not having to inhale this toxic mold they DON’T CARE!! I’ve asked them for another unit they said no because they have to ask maintenance if it’s an easy fix. Clearly it’s not an easy fix because it hasn’t been done since the moment it was a small leak! And before my ceiling was in my tub! Mind you I’ve told them there is a 4 year old child living here as well and they don’t care!! They keep telling me it takes time for mold to spread, like at this point it is an opening ceiling there is mold exposed as soon as it all collapsed! 11/07: 9:22pm WHAT I WAS TRYING TO AVOID!! My CEILING Collapsing!! Unfortunately at this time I’m very upset because I have emailed, called, spoke to them in person and my request were just ignored. 10:24pm my ceiling finally collapsed, lo and behold there is MOLD that they apparently said wasn’t there yet!! 11/06: mold has now appeared after multiple times I’ve asked before mold grew 11/04 update: maintenance came Thursday evening and fixed the washer. I noticed he hadn’t even taken a step into the restroom to check the ceiling, not sure if he was told. But as I told him he proceeded to say “we’ll have to come Friday and cut it out.” I explained to him my mom was coming into town and I’d appreciate it if it was done since we were going to be out and about Friday. Nobody showed up and we have a wedding today, my mom woke me up this morning to tell me the ceiling is just dripping non-stop. 11/02 @1:05AM!!! I am woken up by my upstairs neighbors taking a shower! As stated in the previous review by my dear friend KLV, nothing has been taken care of! It’s been a month of NO FIXED CEILING (which startled me at 1AM!!) NO FIXED WASHER (which has been 7months now!!) they came and “fixed” the wrong ceiling. When in the email I sent, you can see it’s the ceiling “that was previously painted or patched by them” maintenance also had said he would look at his paperwork to see what needed fixing on the washer, it has been a month of nothing!! I’m more upset I am woken up by water going through my ceiling at 1AM and just getting worse!!"
