If you are looking for comfy casual clothing, this is your place! They always have the softest material and prices are reasonable compared to other boutiques! I love that I know what ingredients are in my products so I can buy with confidence! They handmake everything right in their store in Pricenton, IL. Such a great store for self care and gift ideas!! "I would give this place a negative rating if I also could. Bought 2 Crystal room fresheners that smell good if you put your nose right on top of jar but that is the ONLY way you will get a whiff of it because they don’t work! They cost roughly $16 a piece. Attempted to return or exchange but was told that return is not possible on bath and body products because of Covid. This is NOT such a product as you don’t touch it, apply it, etc…. Young girl at register said maybe they are being used in too large a room but they are using n small rooms and makes no difference. She made no apologies, offered nothing and could care less about my dissatisfaction. Not much business sence or diplomacy. I look for this business to Faulk. Bought whipped soap I have yet to use. Regardless to how I feel about the soap, I will NEVER set foot in this place again!!! I’ll stick with Little Blue Dress who has both great products AND customer service!!!"
