"I stopped in a few weeks ago and purchased some exhaust parts. The lady who waited on me was extremely helpful and pleasant. I went in today to return one of the parts that I did not end up using and the same lady was there working. Unfortunately I had lost the receipt, I told her that I would be happy to do a return for in store credit. She acted like it was a huge inconvenience for her and seemed a bit condescending, to be honest. I nearly turned around and walked out, but I stayed and she did end up begrudgingly providing me with an in-store gift card. Then I asked another store associate if they had any vapor canister filter paper, it would be for a 1977 MGB, but I think any 5” round paper filter media would work. He typed in my vehicle info and said sorry we don’t have anything. I asked if he could do a general search within their system, I had seen it listed for sale on the Autozone website for a different vehicle make/model and could not remember what it was for but it seemed like it would work. Again he said he couldn’t help. Zero problem solving skills apparently. So to be honest a 3/5 is a fair review. I’ll probably be shopping at O’Reillys from now on."

"The employees Bill and Tracy helped us out close to closing time when our headlight went out. They were very polite and helpfull! We got it swapped out and had a safe drive home. Couldn't have hoped for a better experience."
